Expert Technician Team: With our dedicated full-service technician team, we're equipped to handle all miner repairs on-site, except some advanced chip-level repairs.

Process: Miners can go offline for several reasons. Not to worry.  Any failing miner will be tagged for investigation within 48 hours of the event, regardless of whether you have notified us or not. In most cases we are able to reestablish healthy mining in slot at not cost to you.  If the miner requires repair or a replacement parts, we will complete the repair in our shop. We obtain pre-approval from customers to complete some repairs speeding up the process and keep costs low.  For advanced repair we will gain your approval before proceeding.

Flagging and Assessment: Our advanced management system promptly identifies miners offline.

Immediate Action: Our technician team performs daily checks and attempts to restore hashing functionality in slot during the daily walk through.

Repair with Precision: For miners needing repairs or replacement parts, we'll expertly handle the process in our shop.

Notification and Reconnection: Your repaired miner is promptly re-racked, connected, and you're promptly notified of its status.

TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION.

Your involvement matters. We obtain pre-approval for certain repairs, expediting the process and minimizing costs. For more complex repairs, we always seek your approval before proceeding.
