We only make money when our customer’s miners hash. We have designed our business this way to reassure customers of our commitment to high uptime.
Expert Technician Team: With our dedicated full-service technician team, we're equipped to handle all miner repairs on-site, except some advanced chip-level repairs.

Swift Diagnoses and Repairs: Efficiency is our priority. Our extensive inventory of miner parts allows us to swiftly diagnose and repair any issue. We've streamlined our process to ensure that your miners are operational in no time.

Process: Miners can go offline for several reasons. Not to worry. Any failing miner will be tagged for investigation within 48 hours of the event, regardless of whether you have notified us or not. In most cases we are able to reestablish healthy mining in slot at not cost to you. If the miner requires repair or a replacement parts, we will complete the repair in our shop. We obtain pre-approval from customers to complete some repairs speeding up the process and keep costs low. For advanced repair we will gain your approval before proceeding.
