Generally, all miners are supplied through our wholesale relationships directly to Asia. From time to time, we will hold stock in US.

From Asia, shipping usually takes 7-14 days. Be aware that international shipments might face delays due to unforeseen logistical or customs issues, which are beyond our influence. We will track and monitor your shipments to ensure they arrive on schedule.

For our U.S. customers, you don't need to stress about customs duties; they're included in the price we quote. Digital Bridge Mining manages all the details. If you're considering a large order of 10 units or more, please touch base with us through our Contact Us page before purchasing.

You can make your payment using the stable coin (USDT) or via Bank Wire (USD). Simply choose the method you're comfortable with when you're at the checkout. Detailed payment guidelines will be provided in the invoice attached to your order's confirmation email.

For those ordering from outside the U.S., using the stable coin (USDT) will expedite and streamline your order's processing and shipping.

Most ASIC selling platforms, including ours, don't offer credit card options for miner purchases [we do offer credit and debit cards for monthly hosting invoices].. This is because many payment gateways are hesitant to associate with the unpredictable crypto equipment industry, and this limitation is beyond our reach.

Of course! Our cancellation policy is straightforward and can be found on the checkout page. Ensure your payment is made within 12 hours after checkout. Otherwise, you might find your order has been revoked.

We understand how disappointing this can be. While DBM ensures all units are new and sealed when shipped, if you receive a faulty unit and are hosting with us, we will coordinate with a certified bitmain warranty repair shop to ship, repair and receive back your miner.

For units within the warranty period, repairs provided by the certified bitmain warranty repair shop are free. However, shipping charges will be shouldered by the buyer.

Every brand-new Bitmain unit is covered by a 365-day warranty. A perk of choosing Bitmain is their U.S.-based repair center located in the U.S.

Most miners come with the power supply built in, but they do not come with the power cables. We provide the power cables when you host with us which is part of the set-up fee cost.

When you host with us, we provide on the ground support from our technicians to help with any issues you may have. We are also here to help you with any other questions you may have surrounding mining pools or other anything else to help you on your mining journey.
