We specialize in ASIC miner hosting and have on-site support technicians ready to assist when needed. We provide basic and intermediate level repairs on-site which typically include repairing or replacing power supplies, fans, cables, control boards and firmware updates. For advanced repair service, which typically includes chip level or hashboard repairs, we work with a trust third party advanced repair shop nearby. If your miner is under warrant, we will coordinate with the manufacturer to process the warranty repair service.
For your monthly hosting invoices, we generally only accept major credit or debit cards. For larger customers, we may allow ACH or Wire payments. We are working to roll out more payment options, like crypto payments, in the near future. For miner purchases we accept ACH/Wire and USDT payments.
Contact us online and obtain a quick and free quote for hosting. Once you accept it, we will provide an easy onboarding process and walk you through it. After that, you can send over your equipment to us and we will get you hashing immediately.
We do host older ASIC miners, provided they're in good condition. However, for safety reasons, we may decline certain equipment. It is on a case by case basis, please inquire.
When you are sending your miners to us, you are responsible for the shipping costs. When you purchase the miners from us, the shipping will be quoted and we will handle the shipping logistics.
We don't provide insurance. However, we can connect you to a third party insurance provider that insures individual miner equipment. Most customers do not insure their miners because it can be cost prohibitive. It is your responsibility to insure your equipment if you choose to do so. Reach out to learn more.
There is a small one-time set-up fee per machine to installation, configuration, maintain storage of boxes, power and network cables.
Certainly! If there's downtime due to internet or power issues beyond our 95% monthly uptime guarantee, we'll credit your next bill.
We don’t directly, but our data center management software alerts us if your miners get disconnected. We are constantly monitoring all miners through our internal systems to ensure they are functioning properly. You maintain full control and autonomy to your mining pool account though. We will configure your miner to whichever pool you choose.
Yes, you can view your miner hashing real-time in your mining pool. For security reasons, we do not provide outside access to our data center management software to clients.
We currently don’t host GPU miners.
Yes, you'll need to pay by the 1st of every month for that month's services.
If your payment is late, we will communicate with you and do everything we can to keep you hashing. This is the reason we require the security deposit so that we can keep you hashing if there is an issue. Our team is supportive and communicative with our clients. In the event your payment is past 15 days late, we do reserve the right to disconnect your miners until payment is made on any outstanding balances.
Trust is paramount to us. We can provide references, and our facilities are secure and monitored round the clock. We treat our customers the same way we would expect to be treated if we were the customer.
Typically, we hold space for 30 days. However, we're flexible and can adjust based on specific needs, like presales or extended shipping.
We will configure your machines to the mining pool of your choosing. We are happy to give you guidance and support to picking the right mining pool for you. Setting up a mining pool is as easy as signing up for a free account at any of the mining pools you select. We will provide detailed and simple instructions in your welcome email so that you can provide us with the data we need to configure your miner.
